Q & A:

1. How long will a website take to complete?

A: Depending on the design and content involved, anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks, generally speaking, once all plans and required files are received and mutual agreement is made on the desired outcome. The design process may be extended due to multiple changes or modifications from the original plan.

2. If I want to make changes to a design, will that cost extra?

A: I am interested in your satisfaction and creating a product that we can both be proud of. Provided that small modifications are requested based on the overall agreed vision, they will be included in the design quote. Only major modifications to layout or entire content overhaul incur additional charges, both prior to and after publication.

3. When is payment due?

A: A small deposit (20%) will be required to start your project. At the time of publication, once all parties are satisfied with the product, full payment will be due, prior to publication. At any time the project is cancelled or incomplete, at your request, my services will be billable by the hour, and/or by the delivered item instead of as quoted for a finished package.

4. What areas do you cover for service?

A: The great thing about the web is that I can service individuals and companies essentially from anywhere via email, fax, phone calls and regular mail. Payment can be made by Paypal, money order, cash and (business) cheques.

5. What is covered in my package price?

A: For my personal creations and web design, you have your entire site design and layout, web hosting for 1 year and a domain name registration for the same period.
